Perfect Summer Trip to Legoland water park

Today I want to share my experience about my trip to Legoland water park, Carlsbad CA. It was a great experience with my grandma, sister, and parents. The weather was really good, the sun was shining, the breeze was blowing and the schools were closed and we packed clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, food, and water. It was an 8hr drive from my house to there and we took one stop to refuel the car before reaching to the resort.

My parents booked the resort which is inside Legoland Park. The resort consists of a lobby, cafe, your room, gift shop, video game play area, movie room, dancing room and swimming pool. In your room there may be a treasure hunt and if you are able to find it you will be rewarded with free legos. In the swimming pool you will get mega lego blocks with a lego movie playing on a huge screen. It also has a map of Legoland and guests who stay in the resort have early access to the Legoland Park. There are two resorts. The royal one, and the normal one. The royal one only has a different theme though.

In Legoland water park you have tons of activities to do. But I will just talk about my favorites. The ones I liked are:

• BUILD-A-RAFT River — We design and build our raft before we float downstream.
• PIRATE REEF — It was the best because Fire water cannons on other ships bows as you race down a flume between battling ships.
• Riptide Racers — Grab a mat and see who has the fastest time in a race against your friends and family.
• Twin Chasers — Choose your tube and race with other people to see who is the fastest.
• Lion Temple wave pool -A lion head archway, a temple, and rolling waves. What could be more fun!

After having that many activities I got so hungry that I needed something to eat. The best part was you get a lot of options to choose from like cheeseburgers, pizza, cold beverages, juice, fried chicken, and popcorn.
